I was put in dangerous areas going to door to door and it is not safe. Outside all day long (depends where you live) I live in FL so it was brutal. Work 6 out of 7 days a week. When you get out of your training period you are ordered to "walk" with new recruits, but by doing so when you go and show them how to sell while they are supposed to watch, no talk or do anything, you have to split your entire sale 50%... with the person you are teaching. Commission is a horrible percentage of the total value of what you are selling (only 150$ for a 1,600$ system.) You get 150 working alone and walking with someone you have to split the commission. A promotion is not really a promotion. They promote you as a team leader but you are not allowed to walk and makes sales only assist over the phone to make sales and make less money with more responsibility.

Make your managers actually go out on calls once the sales reps are able to run company appointments. Most people in my training class had gone out on 5+ appointments before training was over, yet in our office we did not go on one. I never went to an appointment with my manager, which was rather aggravating and the compensation plan is terrible. No wonder there is such a quick turnover rate with residential sales... reps.

No more company appointments, they expect you to sell all your family and then become a door to door salesman. 100% commission, job that requires you to work 6 days a week. Just a matter of time... for the lawsuit. Same goes for Chatsworth and Anaheim offices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. You will burn through your savings.
