Great product, great customer service, fast shipping! I have always been a stickler on changing my filter monthly because to me it’s better to spend a few extra dollars along the way then pay a large maintenance bill. I love this service because I no longer have to remember to go to the store to buy the filters and I just replace it when it shows up at my front door!
The locations are limited and the age of the containers and fleet is not clear. "Some containers are new and some are older," says a customer service representative of the containers, who refrained from answering about the fleet age. But the company is operating a little more than 20 years and markets itself as constantly updating its offerings. I would imagine that includes the trucks and even the forklifts and not just the containers.
Some of my goods were damaged clearly during transportation. Additionally, it was impossible to arrange delivery and pick up times once you picked your day. (This inconvenienced the buyers of my home, as the storage containers sat in front of the house until 5pm despite closing at 10am.) However, I booked them for their convenience and their customer service is great.
Most of us don’t think about our air filters until they’re long overdue for replacement, which is why FilterTime created a model to have air filters delivered straight to your home automatically, reminding you to change them. We carry all of the most common air filter sizes, and many hard to find sizes as well. You can even create a custom size filter that fits your exact needs. Reduce indoor air pollution and help keep your family breathing healthier air.
Similar to fiberglass filters, disposable pleated polyester filters have a sizable surface field and a rating of 5 to 13. The pleats increase the surface area and make the furnace filters more efficient at capturing airborne particles. A pleated air filter with a medium efficiency rating can filter small to large particles. Filters with a rating of 7 to 13 provide a level of effectiveness compatible with absolute high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters, but at a lower price point.
The best water filter solutions are known as Whole House Water Systems or Point-of-Entry Systems. They are perfectly suited for those looking to address water problems before the water enters the home. Thus, all water is cleaned whether for cooking, drinking, laundry, bathing, or watering the vegetable garden. This means that every faucet in the home (and even outside faucets) delivers clean, safe, great tasting water!
They seem to be all over Ontario now. Unfortunately I "worked" for them for half a day before walking out on the "trainer" and calling him out on his scamming bullshit, and almost punching him in the face. Their whole pitch is designed so that they don't give you a chance to respond, and just force their way into your basement and into your home. DO NOT LET THEM IN!!!
They were on time, and our stuff was not damaged. This company gave a quote that was 30% off of the final amount. They also charged us for locks that were not delivered. The containers are not consistent in build. Some were very close to the end of their service life... probably past that date. They do have an interesting concept. It appears that Trucking companies do this along with their main business of logistics. They are a bit disorganized, probably because this is not their main business. The main contact office (the franchiser) is also a bit difficult to work with, as there isn't consistently among the various part-time customer service reps.

While The Home Depot uses FPR, the industry standard is to use the air filter rating system of Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV). The MERV rating system helps you choose the filter right for you, with each rating dictating the effectiveness of a filter. The higher the MERV rating, the more efficient the filter, and the more a filter can catch harmful pollutants.
Using more storage units means spending more money. It also might require more drives back and forth either on the part of the company or you. That sound you hear is the swoosh of all the money being sucked out of your pockets. Still, I can understand how this option can be convenient and affordable for kids moving into the dorms and those in smaller homes and apartments. And I - as I've mentioned time and again - appreciate the thought of not having to drive this stuff on a huge truck. Yes, it's always worth repeating.

They advertise that they will be compensating a $52,000 Base Salary plus commission after hiring. All of a sudden everyone is excited about their base check every week until they bring you into orientation and tell you that you have to pass a test. After then until you are eligible for the base salary. You have to make five door to door sales and you are dropped off in in the middle of South Phoenix by yourself with... no help. Keep in mind that this is in the Arizona heat and they do not pick you up until 8:00 pm. These people are nothing but scam artists and have you working like dogs. YOU WILL HAVE NO LIFE!!! and the best part is that do not pay you for any training. People please do not waist your time. I have a college education and understand that when an employer tells you that you are going to be compensated a $52,000 salary they do not place stipulations thereafter. They are nothing but crooks.

Obviously, Door to Door is best for those who live within the parameters that the company serves. It seems like many colleges also benefit from these moving and storage services, so college kids take note. "Door to Door's delivery areas vary by market, and may be limited by the local geography or topography of a given market," according to the customer document about doing business with the company. "Door to Door's standard delivery area typically includes the delivery zip codes within 25 miles of the market's warehouse facility. Additional Fees and Charges may apply for deliveries that extend beyond Door to Door's standard delivery areas."

Mr. Sinclair's comments are focused on selling filters. Washable electrostatic filters can have much higher MERV ratings than the disposable ones. So you are getting better air filtration for you and your furnace. The water from a washed furnace filter is no more toxic than the water you wash the floor or walls of your house. You flush or pour that down the drain. Anything will grow mold if you put it away damp. Let it dry out first, (Duh!) Over time, the disposables cost more than the washable, plus the cost of disposing and landfill issues. If you want higher filtration, spend less money, have a more environmentally friendly home, use a washable filter, clean it every 4-6 weeks and let it dry before you put it back in place.

Fiberglass air filters are very thin and they have a simple flat panel surface for trapping particles from the air. They were originally developed to protect your heating and air conditioning equipment, not to improve your indoor air quality. They can often be purchased for less than $1 apiece. Unfortunately, they remove less than 10% of the air pollutants from your home. They have a MERV rating between 1 and 4.
Installing a washable, reusable air filter can help save you money over disposable filters—which must be frequently repurchased (approximately every 90 days in the average suburban home, and every 60 days or sooner if you have pets). Instead of fully replacing your filter several times a year (which can be very costly), simply wash and reinstall your new K&N® lifetime washable home air filter in your cooling and heating system.

Compared to The Home Depot’s method of ranking air filters (FPR), MERV has wider range. While FPR’s rating system goes from 1 to 10, MERV’s rating system goes from 1 to 20. FPR 10 is similar in strength to MERV 20, since they are both the highest rating value. However, FPR 1 doesn’t necessarily equate to MERV 1. It isn’t until FPR 4 and 5 that filters start trapping larger particles like household dust and lint, dust mites, pollen and pet dander. Meanwhile, MERV 1 to 4 will trap all these pollutants. Some examples of MERV below:

Door to Door, which is based in Seattle, claims to have "revolutionized the self-storage industry" when it opened in 1996 and introduced the world to portable, containerized storage. When reading between the lines of what is written by the company on the website, you might notice that Door to Door feels it set the standard for the portable storage container industry, and it might feel slighted about not getting as much of the glory as some of its competitors do.

You may not realize that the air inside your home can be even dirtier than the air outside in the environment, and a high-quality air conditioning and furnace filter can help improve the quality of the air that you breathe! Each K&N lifetime washable home furnace filter is engineered to provide exceptional capturing capability for airborne contaminants such as bacteria, mold, spores, dust mites, and carpet fibers—and helps protect your family from allergens including pollen, pet dander, and dust.
